We Got This!

Original Reclaimed Metal Sculpture by Bobby Anderson, RVA246

We Got This! is a small monument to sticking together when things get difficult.

Five little figures stretch, tumble, brace, and pull against one another, each relying on the next to keep the whole arrangement going. I’m not exactly sure what they’re trying to accomplish, and that’s part of the point. Whatever the problem is, nobody is solving it alone.

Built from reclaimed metal, found objects, and glass marble heads, the sculpture balances movement, tension, humor, and cooperation in a single interconnected form.

Sticking Together, No Matter What

The figures in We Got This! seem to be falling, climbing, rescuing, balancing, or maybe all four at once.

What matters is that every figure is connected to another. The work turns precariousness into cooperation and chaos into a kind of optimism.

Whatever happens next, they’re going together.

There is only one We Got This!
