Firefly

Firefly is a glowing garden sweetie who lives to light up the night. She’s cute, but tough.
Her head began life as an industrial utility cap, although the other bots in the studio insist she may once have been a bomb. Maybe that explains why she seems to be on fire.
Firefly hovers above a sturdy metal base, her body suspended on a narrow stem like an oversized mechanical garden insect. Her poseable arms end in blue metal blossoms, each holding a candelabra flame. Additional lights illuminate her head and feet, sending warm light through the glass marbles that decorate her body.
Look into her central eye and you can see the flicker inside. A hidden light gives the rest of her head an internal glow, illuminating the orange glass details around it.
Her antennae rise from the top of her head, while ornate cast-iron pieces salvaged from an antique Singer sewing machine form her wings. A green glass leaf rests at her chest, and an old ceiling-fan housing gives her lower body its rounded form.
And yes, Firefly has a stinger. It’s her switch.

Made to Glow
Firefly transforms industrial scraps into something unexpectedly delicate. Metal becomes petals and wings. Marbles become glowing details. Old mechanical parts become a hovering creature that seems equally at home in a garden imagined by a machinist or a fairy tale written in steel.
Turn her on and the character changes completely. Warm light spills through the glass and flowers, giving the sculpture a fiery glow against the surrounding room.
There is only one Firefly.
